Bags for Packaging, Gifting and Everyday Use

A bag is part of how a product is presented, carried, stored, or given as a gift. Its shape, opening, and finish all contribute to that experience.

1. Product Presentation

A handbag dust bag or jewelry pouch becomes part of the unboxing. Its proportions, fabric feel, and closure contribute to how the item is presented.

2. Small-Item Storage

Cables, brushes, and accessories need easy access. A flat pouch keeps the design simple; pockets and dividers help separate a mixed set of items.

3. Travel Packing

Shoe bags and clothing pouches are shaped around what goes inside and the space available in luggage. Their openings need room for the contents to pass through easily.

4. Gift Packaging

A gift pouch leaves room for the gift and the gathered top. The tie, fabric color, and logo work together in the filled pouch to create the finished presentation.

5. Laundry Collection

Hotel and home laundry bags hold and carry clothing, with openings, closures, and handles suited to the intended load.

6. Brand Details

Printing, embroidery, and labels bring branding to the fabric. We work with the artwork and bag shape so the placement can be assessed with the bag filled or its top gathered.

From Your Brief to a Finished Order

We work through the product details with you, make a sample, and use the approved version to guide the order.

1. Your Idea

A photo, sketch, or description gives us a starting point, even before every detail is decided. We help develop the design around how the bag will be used.

2. Product Details and Quotation

We discuss the fabric, dimensions, closure, branding, and packing, then set out the price and order conditions in the quotation.

3. Review and Approve a Sample

The sample shows how the bag fits, opens, and looks with your product inside. Your approval of the sample and written specifications gives us the basis for bulk production.

4. Produce, Check and Prepare Shipment

We make and check the bags against the approved requirements, pack them as agreed, and arrange shipment for your destination.

Custom Details for Your Product

We combine fabric, construction, and branding to suit what your bag will carry and how it will be used.

  • Fabric: Cotton, cotton canvas, polyester, and other available fabrics offer different feels, weights, appearances, and care requirements.
  • Size and Shape: Dimensions are developed around the contents. Gussets add depth, while linings and pockets can be incorporated into the bag design.
  • Color: We work from your color reference to find suitable fabric and trim options, with the result shown on the sample.
  • Logo: Screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and labels offer different ways to add branding. The method depends on the artwork, fabric, and position on the bag.
  • Labels and Tags: Brand labels, hang tags, and care labels can carry the wording agreed for your product, with their position incorporated into the design.
  • Packaging: Individual bags, grouped inner packs, and cartons can be arranged around how the order will be received and distributed. Branded inserts can also be discussed.

Trying a physical sample with the intended product helps buyers spot tight openings, awkward closures, or misplaced branding before bulk production.

Inspection criteria, packing quantities, and the delivery plan should be settled before ordering. Buyers need to allow time for both manufacturing and transport.

Start with a Photo, Sketch, or Idea

You do not need a finished technical drawing to start. A reference photo, rough sketch, existing sample, or description of the contents gives us a useful starting point.

We use your reference to develop the size, fabric, opening, and logo placement, then make a sample to try with your product.
