Jewelry Pouches Made for Your Collection

  • Our standard minimum order is 500 pouches, with style and color combinations confirmed in the quotation.
  • Pouch dimensions, drawstring or flap construction, and lining can be developed around your jewelry.
  • We coordinate logos, labels, fabric, and closure colors within the available material and trim options.
  • Velvet-style, faux-suede, satin, and cotton fabrics offer different finishes, with composition and weight specified for the project.
  • OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and GRS certification coverage must be confirmed for the material selected for your order.

Developing Your Jewelry Packaging

A pouch needs to fit the piece, close properly, and show your brand clearly. We use a sample to settle those details before production.

1. A Design Built Around Your Jewelry

We develop the shape, material, and opening for jewelry presented loose, on a card, or with an insert.

2. Cutting and Sewing in Our Factory

We handle cutting, sewing, assembly, checks, and packing in our factory. Printing and embroidery are arranged with partner factories.

3. Physical Samples to Review

A custom sample brings the fabric, opening, fit, and logo together for review before the bulk order.

4. Logo and Label Placement

Logo size and label position depend on the usable panel once the pouch is closed. We work through the artwork with the chosen fabric and decoration method.

5. Checks Through Production

Checks cover incoming materials, cut pieces, semi-finished pouches, and finished products. The approved sample and written specifications provide the reference.

6. Production and Delivery Communication

Production photos and recorded videos are available by arrangement. We also discuss packing and suitable shipping options for your destination.

Create a Jewelry Pouch Style for Your Brand

Drawstrings give a gathered top; flap pouches keep a flatter profile. Both can be adapted to your collection or a reference design.

Textures and Finishes for Jewelry Packaging

Fabric affects a pouch's texture, structure, and the appearance of its logo.

  • Velvet-Style Fabrics
The raised surface of velvet-style fabrics gives jewelry pouches a plush appearance.
  • Faux-Suede Fabrics
Faux suede offers an understated, suede-like texture for flap or drawstring pouches. The exact fiber composition and color are specified for the project.
  • Satin Fabrics
A smooth surface and decorative sheen suit jewelry gifts and coordinated brand packaging. The fiber content and finish are selected for the order.
  • Cotton Fabrics
Cotton weaves and weights range from soft, flexible fabrics to more structured pouch bodies.

Pouch Sizes for Jewelry and Inserts

These suggested sizes are adjustable starting points, shown as finished outer width × height with approximate inch conversions. The space below the closure must accommodate both the jewelry and any insert, with the fit established on the sample before approval.

  • Small Drawstring: 7.62 × 10.16 cm / 3 × 4 in
This small format is a starting point for a ring, small pendant, or pair of earrings. The jewelry's thickness and the gathered opening both reduce the usable space.
  • Square Format: 7.8 × 7.8 cm / 3.07 × 3.07 in
A compact square format suits flatter pieces or small jewelry cards. For a flap design, the closed dimensions and flap overlap are specified separately.
  • Retail Format: 9 × 12 cm / 3.54 × 4.72 in
The taller format is a starting point for a pendant, earrings on a card, or a small bracelet. The sample shows whether the actual item passes through the opening and sits comfortably inside.
  • Larger Format: 12 × 17 cm / 4.72 × 6.69 in
This is a starting format for larger jewelry cards, bracelets, or separately wrapped pieces, with dimensions adjusted to avoid excess empty space.

Openings and Interior Construction

The opening shapes the way jewelry is presented and removed. Inside, the seams, lining, and decoration backing determine which surfaces come into contact with the piece.

  • Cotton or Polyester Drawstrings
Cotton or polyester drawstrings gather the top into a familiar pouch shape. Cord thickness and color are matched to the fabric, channel, and finished size.
  • Ribbon Ties
Ribbon adds a decorative tie to jewelry gifts and presentation sets. Its width and length affect the proportions of the bow and gathered top.
  • Flap Construction
A fold-over flap creates a flatter presentation without a gathered top. The overlap and any suitable fastening are developed with the pouch dimensions.
  • Single-Layer or Lined Interiors
A single layer gives a simpler construction, while a lining adds a separate inner surface. Seams and decoration backing remain part of the contact area to assess with the jewelry.

Branding for Small Fabric Pouches

We adapt the decoration method and logo placement to the pouch's usable panel, fabric, artwork, and quantity.

  • Screen-Printed Logos
Screen printing can place a clear brand mark on a suitable fabric surface. The logo size, colors, and position are developed around the panel visible on the closed pouch.
  • Heat-Transfer Artwork
Heat transfer can apply detailed artwork to a compatible fabric. The sample shows the printed surface and feel before production.
  • Embroidered Details
Embroidery adds a stitched surface to suitable pouch designs. Its inside backing may touch the jewelry, so the design size and backing need to work with the interior construction.
  • Labels and Coordinated Colors
Woven or printed labels offer another place for the brand name. Fabric, cord, ribbon, and label colors can be coordinated from the available material options.

Packing for Retail and Gifting

We pack empty pouches for stores, gift programs, and distribution teams. The materials and quantities are agreed with the order, from individual units to grouped inner packs.

  • Individual Packing Bags
One packing bag per empty pouch allows individual units to be counted or distributed separately.
  • Branded Inserts
A brand or care-information insert can accompany the pouch for a retail or gift presentation. Its dimensions, content, and position are developed with the pouch sample.
  • Labels and Hang Tags
Labels or hang tags carry product identification and brand information without relying on the main fabric panel. Their size and attachment position are adapted to the pouch design.
  • Inner Packaging and Cartons
Inner packaging groups the pouches before they go into outer cartons. Packing quantities and carton information are agreed around the delivery requirements.

Materials and Documentation for Your Jewelry Pouches

Fabric specifications describe the material. Supporting documents define the scope of certification or material claims for the order.

Fabric Specifications

Cotton identifies a fiber, while satin, velvet-style, and faux-suede descriptions also refer to construction or finish. The sampling specification includes the selected material's composition, weight, surface, and color.

How the Surfaces Differ

Velvet-style fabrics have a raised texture, faux suede a suede-like surface, and satin a sheen; cotton varies with the weave. Physical samples show the feel, seams, and contact with the jewelry. Fabric names alone do not establish scratch or tarnish protection.

Certificates and Applicable Scope

Relevant documentation may include OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and GRS for selected materials, ISO 9001 quality-management information, and amfori BSCI social-audit information. The holder and scope determine coverage; a material or facility document does not automatically cover every finished pouch.
