From Gift Idea to Finished Pouch
We work through how the gift fits, how the pouch closes, and how your branding looks before making the approved design in bulk.
1. Gift-Focused Development
We develop the pouch around the gift and the way it will be given out, from an individual item to a coordinated gift range.
2. Factory Production
We cut, sew, assemble, check, and pack gift pouches in our factory. Printing and embroidery are handled by partner factories.
3. Samples Before Production
A physical sample shows the gift's fit, the gathered opening, and the visibility of the branding before you approve the order.
4. Coordinated Brand Details
We coordinate fabric, tie, and logo colors and proportions as one gift package.
5. Checks at Four Stages
We check raw materials, cut pieces, semi-finished work, and finished pouches against the approved sample and agreed requirements.
6. Packing and Delivery Support
We coordinate quantities, packing groups, and shipment arrangements. Photos, production videos, video tours, and visits can be arranged.
Gift Pouch Styles for Your Brand
Cotton and canvas drawstring pouches offer a woven look; satin ribbon and velvet-feel designs bring sheen or texture to the presentation. Each can be adapted to the gift, colors, and branding.
Sizes for Individual Gifts and Assortments
These sizes are adjustable starting points. Measurements describe the empty pouch laid flat without stretching, with the cord or ribbon loosened. W runs left to right, and H runs from the bottom seam to the top edge, including the closure channel and fabric above it. The gift's thickness uses some of the flat width, and the contents need to sit below the closure.
- Small Gifts: W10 × H15 cm
About 3.9 × 5.9 in. This starting format is intended for a small accessory or event giveaway. Fit depends on the item's thickness as well as its front dimensions. - Individual Gifts: W13 × H18 cm
About 5.1 × 7.1 in. For a boxed gift, the box's width, height, and depth all affect the space needed. The box must sit below the cord or ribbon channel. - Gift Assortments: W15 × H23 cm
About 5.9 × 9.1 in. This is a starting point for a larger gift or a few small items presented together. The packed sample shows how that arrangement fits. - Larger Presentation: W18 × H24 cm
About 7.1 × 9.4 in. A starting format for accessories or folded soft gifts. We adjust the dimensions around the contents so they do not crowd the opening or distort the intended shape.
Fabric Texture and Presentation
Cotton, canvas, satin, and velvet-feel fabrics create different textures and gathered finishes.

Cotton gives a simple woven look for printed branding. The weave and weight determine the final feel. - Cotton Canvas
Canvas offers a more visibly textured surface for branded accessories and corporate gifts. Its weight affects both the body of the pouch and the way the top gathers. - Satin
A satin surface adds sheen and pairs visually with ribbon ties. Satin describes the fabric construction rather than the fiber, so composition is specified separately. - Velvet-Feel Fabric
A pile surface gives velvet-feel pouches a soft, textured appearance. Pile direction can change how the color and decoration look.
Drawstrings, Ribbon Ties, and Gathered Tops
We customize the cord or ribbon and its position to suit the opening and gathered appearance.

Cotton cord complements cotton and canvas bodies. Cord thickness and channel size are matched so the fabric can gather around the opening. - Polyester Drawstrings
Polyester cord offers other color and finish options, with thickness matched to the channel. - Ribbon Ties
Ribbon forms a broader decorative tie on satin and other presentation pouches. Its width and length set the proportions of the closure and bow. - Gathered Top
The closure position determines how much fabric remains above the tie. That gathered area sits above the gift, with enough clearance for the opening to close.
Branding on the Filled Pouch
We can add printing, embroidery, or a sewn label to your gift pouch. The filled shape guides placement so the decoration sits below the gathered top.
- Printed Front Panel
Screen printing can place a clear brand mark or event message on the body. Artwork is sized for the usable front panel, away from seams and the gathered top. - Detailed Artwork
Heat transfer can reproduce detailed or multicolor artwork on a suitable fabric. The printed sample provides the appearance and feel for approval before production. - Embroidered Detail
Embroidery adds a stitched, raised detail to a suitable fabric. Its size, placement, and backing are developed around the pouch's folds. - Labels and Coordinated Colors
A sewn label or hang tag identifies the gift range without using the main panel. Physical references help coordinate fabric and tie colors, which can appear different across materials.
Presentation and Order Packing
We supply empty pouches in agreed individual packing, inner packs, and cartons. The arrangement follows the way they will be received, stored, and prepared for gifting.

Each empty pouch can be packed separately for counting or distribution, using the agreed packing material and size. - Grouped Inner Packs
Grouped inner packs keep an agreed number of each design or color together for counting and distribution. - Brand Inserts and Tags

Packing pouches flat or gathered changes the space needed in a carton. We agree on carton quantities and shipping marks before shipment.
