Custom Travel Pouches

WisePouch makes travel pouches for folded clothing, cables, and everyday essentials. A single organizer or coordinated set can combine sizes and compartments for different packing tasks.

One Organizer or a Coordinated Travel Set

  • Our standard minimum order is 500 pouches, with style and color combinations confirmed in the quotation.
  • Flat and gusseted shapes provide different amounts of depth for the intended contents and luggage space.
  • Zipper or drawstring openings can be paired with pockets or dividers where separate spaces are useful.
  • Fabrics, linings, colors, logos, and labels can carry one visual theme across a single pouch or matching set.
  • OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and GRS certification coverage must be confirmed for the material selected for your order.

Travel Pouch and Set Development

We design clothing pouches around folded layers and accessory organizers around smaller items that need to be easy to reach.

1. A Role for Each Pouch

A set can divide clothing, loose accessories, and smaller essentials between different pouch sizes. We help work out each pouch's role before developing pockets or dividers.

2. Cutting and Sewing in Our Factory

We handle cutting, sewing, assembly, checks, and packing in our factory. Printing and embroidery are arranged with partner factories.

3. Physical Samples to Review

A packed sample shows how the pouch opens within luggage, how the pockets can be reached, and how the closure works when full.

4. A Consistent Look Across the Set

Coordinated fabric, lining, zippers, and labels connect the different sizes visually. We adapt logo placement to the panel area and packed shape of each pouch.

5. Checks Through Production

Checks cover incoming materials, cut pieces, semi-finished pouches, and finished products. The approved sample and written specifications provide the reference.

6. Production and Delivery Communication

Production photos and recorded videos are available by arrangement. We also discuss packing and suitable shipping options for your destination.

Travel Pouch Styles for Different Packing Tasks

Small zip pouches group loose accessories, deeper pouches hold a selection of essentials, and clothing pouches organize folded garments. Internal divisions add separate spaces to an organizer where needed.

Travel Pouch Dimensions and Usable Space

These adjustable starting sizes show finished outer width × height × depth with the bag shaped and its gussets opened. Inch equivalents are approximate, and the dimensions can be adapted to the contents and luggage space. Usable interior space is smaller; the opening and actual fit are assessed with a sample.

  • Accessory Pouch: 19 × 11 × 6 cm / 7.48 × 4.33 × 2.36 in
This compact format groups cables, adapters, or small personal items. The zipper opening and any internal pockets take up part of the available space, so the largest item guides the final fit.
  • Gusseted Pouch: 27 × 18 × 11 cm / 10.63 × 7.09 × 4.33 in
A deeper body provides space to group travel essentials. Opening size matters for reaching items near the bottom.
  • Clothing Pouch: 36 × 25 × 8 cm / 14.17 × 9.84 × 3.15 in
The clothing format groups a stack of folded garments within luggage. How much it holds depends on the garments and folding method rather than a fixed item count.
  • Pocketed Travel Organizer: 25 × 18 × 8 cm / 9.84 × 7.09 × 3.15 in
Inner pockets separate smaller accessories from the main compartment. Pocket seams and the items they hold reduce the remaining usable space.

Pouch Shapes and Openings

The pouch's shape and opening affect both what fits inside and how much of the interior is accessible.

  • Flat Pouch Shapes
A flat body suits flatter accessories or a small group of items. Their combined thickness and the space needed to close the zipper or drawstring affect the usable room.
  • Gusseted Shapes
Side or base gussets open out to give the pouch depth. The resulting shape can be adapted to the way the contents sit and the space available in luggage.
  • Zipper Openings
A top zipper and a zipper extending around the edges provide different access to the interior. We develop the path and opening length around the items that need to pass through.
  • Drawstring Openings
A drawstring gathers the top for travel accessories or clothing separation. Space above the contents allows the fabric to gather and the cords to close.

Fabrics and Linings for Travel Pouches

The outer fabric sets the pouch's appearance and structure; an optional lining adds a separate inner surface. Both affect the finished shape and care requirements.

  • Cotton Fabrics
Cotton weaves and weights give different textures to travel accessories. A small zip pouch and a larger clothing pouch may use different fabric specifications within the same set.
  • Cotton Canvas
Canvas provides a more structured fabric option for zip pouches and organizers. Its weight and the bulk at the seams contribute to the finished feel.
  • Polyester Fabrics
Polyester is available in different weights and surface finishes for travel pouch designs. Any water- or leak-resistance requirement is assessed against the fabric, seams, and closure together during sampling.
  • Lined Interiors
A lining adds an inside fabric layer in a chosen color, with seams and pocket attachments forming part of the interior construction.

Interior Organization for Travel Essentials

Interior pockets group small items separately from the open space for larger essentials. Their dimensions and positions determine how the contents are separated and reached.

  • One Open Compartment
One open compartment leaves flexibility for items of different sizes and shapes. The opening is developed to provide access to the bottom and corners when the pouch is packed.
  • Interior Pockets
An interior pocket separates a smaller item from the main compartment. Its size allows for the item's thickness and a place to grasp it, while its position accounts for the space it occupies when filled.
  • Optional Internal Dividers
Internal dividers can be developed to create separate areas for groups of items. Their height and attachment are worked out during sampling and affect the usable space in each section.
  • Coordinated Pouch Sets
A coordinated set can pair smaller accessory organizers with larger clothing pouches or another mix for your range. Each piece has its own dimensions and quantity; the quotation confirms how those pieces count toward the order minimum.

Branding Across a Travel Collection

A shared logo, color palette, and coordinated labels connect different pouch shapes and sizes across a travel range.

  • Printed Artwork
Screen printing and heat transfer place artwork on compatible fabrics. Logo size and placement are developed for each pouch so the mark works with its seams, pockets, and opening.
  • Embroidered Logos
Embroidery adds a stitched brand mark to suitable pouch designs. The artwork scale and inside backing are developed alongside the lining and pockets.
  • Brand Labels and Colors
Woven or printed labels carry the brand name and agreed information. Fabric, zipper, lining, and label colors can be coordinated through the available material options.
  • Individual or Set Packing
Pouches can be packed individually or grouped into the agreed sets. Labels, inserts, inner packaging, and carton quantities form the packing arrangement for retail or distribution.

Materials and Documentation for Your Travel Pouches

The contents, fabrics, and cleaning routine form the basis of the pouch specification. Supporting documents are matched to the materials and requirements of the order.

Certificates and Applicable Scope

Discuss OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and GRS documentation for the selected materials, along with ISO 9001 quality-management and amfori BSCI social-audit information where relevant. Confirm the document holder and coverage for your order; material or facility documentation does not automatically cover every finished pouch.

Questions About Ordering Travel Pouches

Ordering information for individual travel pouches and coordinated sets, including samples, production, and delivery.

The standard minimum is 500 pouches. For a set, send the number of sets and a breakdown of the pieces in each one. The quotation confirms how the minimum applies to each style, size, material, and color, and whether components can be combined toward it.
Yes. Existing pouch samples are free, with courier costs paid by the customer; custom samples cost US$10–35 and usually take 7–9 calendar days after sample payment, excluding courier transit. Custom sample fees can be credited toward a bulk order, with the credit amount stated in the quotation.
