Terms of Service
These terms cover business inquiries and custom fabric pouch and storage bag orders with WisePouch Co., Ltd. Individual order terms accepted in writing take priority where they differ, subject to mandatory applicable law.
Effective date: October 14, 2026
1. Website Use
This website provides information about our products and services for business buyers. An inquiry, quotation request, or project discussion does not by itself confirm an order. Orders are confirmed through quotations, specifications, and other order documents accepted in writing by both parties.
Please provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not submit materials you are not authorized to use, interfere with website operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Product Information
Product images and descriptions illustrate pouch types and possible customization options. Material availability and the suitability of dimensions, construction, colors, branding, and packaging are reviewed for each project. The accepted specifications, approved artwork, and applicable sample define the requirements for your order.
3. Quotations
Prices depend on the agreed materials, dimensions, construction, decoration, quantity, packaging, and delivery requirements. A change to these details may require a revised quotation and schedule.
The quotation states its validity and the applicable product, sample, tooling, packaging, freight, tax, and other charges, including any exclusions. Costs and payment arrangements are disclosed before you commit to an order, make a payment, or authorize chargeable work. Additional charges require your agreement.
4. Samples
Existing product samples are free, and the customer pays the shipping cost. Custom sample fees are US$10–35, with the exact fee confirmed in the sample quotation. Sample fees can be credited toward a subsequent bulk order; the credit amount is specified in the order quotation. Shipping costs, the agreed revision scope, and any applicable additional charges or refund arrangements are confirmed before chargeable work begins.
Custom sample development normally takes 7–9 calendar days after sample payment. The schedule is confirmed for the design, materials, artwork, revisions, and production arrangements involved; delivery timing is confirmed separately. Please review the sample and provide approval or requested changes in writing. Changes outside the agreed scope require confirmation of any additional cost and time.
5. Orders and Payments
Our standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. The accepted order documents confirm the quantity, specifications, payment method, amounts, payment stages, and requirements for starting production. Production is arranged after the agreed approvals and payment conditions have been met.
Bulk production generally takes 25–30 days after order requirements and production arrangements have been confirmed. Shipping time is additional. Special materials, revisions, testing, and factory scheduling may affect the confirmed timetable.
Please request changes or cancellation promptly in writing. We review the work completed and material commitments that cannot reasonably be reversed, then provide a written explanation of feasibility, cost, timing, and any refundable amount. The outcome follows the accepted order terms and applicable law; cancellation does not automatically forfeit all payments.
6. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property
You must have the rights or permission needed to provide logos, artwork, designs, and other project materials. We use those materials to review, quote, sample, produce, and fulfill your order. Public use of your name, logo, or custom work requires your permission.
Ownership and any transfer of rights in separately commissioned designs or tooling are set out in the relevant written agreement. Providing materials for an order does not by itself transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
7. Production Tolerances
We assess products against the agreed specifications, approved sample where applicable, and written quality requirements. Any permitted variation in dimensions, color, construction, or other characteristics, together with required testing and inspection methods, should be agreed before production. A variation outside the agreed requirements is reviewed through the issue-resolution process below.
8. Shipping
The accepted order documents confirm the delivery destination, shipping arrangements, estimated timing, freight charges, taxes, customs responsibilities, insurance where applicable, and responsibility for transport risk. Any delivery guarantee must be expressly agreed in writing.
Customer approvals, specification changes, material availability, carrier schedules, or customs procedures may affect timing. We will communicate known delays that affect the order and discuss the next steps. Each party's obligations and available remedies remain subject to the order and applicable law.
9. Inspection, Returns and Refunds
Please inspect delivered goods and report issues promptly to info@wisepouch.com. Include your order reference, affected quantities, a description of the problem, and photographs or other supporting evidence. Any reporting period agreed for the order is subject to applicable law.
Products made to approved customer specifications are not offered with a retail change-of-mind return policy, unless the order provides otherwise or applicable law requires it. We still review reports of non-conforming goods, incorrect items, shortages, or damage against the agreed requirements and shipping responsibilities.
Depending on the issue and the order terms, a resolution may include rework, shipment of missing items, replacement, or an appropriate refund. Before returning goods, contact us to confirm the method, return address, and responsibility for costs. For an agreed refund, we confirm the amount, processing arrangements, and expected payment-channel timing.
10. Responsibility
Each party is responsible for meeting its obligations under the accepted order and applicable law. Any specific allocation of responsibility must form part of a valid agreement. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Third-party websites and services, including communication and delivery providers, have their own terms and privacy practices. Those terms apply to their services. Their involvement does not automatically remove our obligations under the accepted order.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
If a concern arises, please contact us in writing with the order details so we can first seek a practical resolution.
Any valid governing-law or dispute-resolution agreement in the accepted order applies, subject to mandatory law. Where no such agreement exists, the applicable law and competent forum are determined under the relevant legal rules.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time and publish the revised version here. Terms already accepted for an order continue to apply unless both parties agree in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
