From Laundry Bag Design to Finished Order
Hotel guest bags need easy handover to laundry staff; travel pouches need to fit inside luggage. We adapt the design to those different uses.
1. Design for the Collection Routine
We help develop the opening, closure, and handle arrangement for the way the bag will be stored, filled, and carried.
2. Cutting and Sewing in Our Factory
We handle cutting, sewing, assembly, checks, and packing in our factory. Printing and embroidery are arranged with partner factories.
3. A Sample Filled with Clothing
A filled sample shows the space left above the clothing, how the top closes, and how the bag is picked up.
4. Branding and Useful Labels
Brand, identification, and care labels can be positioned for visibility during filling and handling.
5. Checks Through Production
Checks cover incoming materials, cut pieces, semi-finished bags, and finished products. The approved sample and written specifications provide the reference.

Sizes for Guest Laundry, Travel, and Home
These adjustable starting sizes are measured as the finished outer bag body, laid flat while empty, width × height. Drawstring channels are included; handles are excluded from body height. Usable space is smaller than the outer dimensions. A filled sample is used to assess capacity and carrying requirements.

This tall collection bag has handles for carrying. The stated height covers only the bag body; handle length and attachment depend on the intended filled load.

The care method for the laundry bag itself depends on its fabric, trims, and decoration.

Cotton weave and weight influence the bag's feel and thickness. For a bag intended to be washed, its care method and any dimensional change are part of the sample review. - Cotton Canvas
Canvas is an option for a shaped or handled laundry bag with more fabric body. Its weight and seam construction contribute to the finished structure and feel. - Polyester Fabrics
Polyester fabrics come in different weights and surface finishes for travel pouches and larger collection bags. - Care Labels and Instructions
Care labels reflect the selected fabric, trims, and logo process. The wording follows the agreed cleaning method and any required testing of the finished bag.
Openings, Handles, and Filled-Bag Handling
A filled laundry bag needs room above the clothing to close and a practical way to lift it.
- Drawstring Openings
A gathered opening suits guest and collection bags. Cord material, thickness, color, and length can be customized, with space above the clothing for the top to gather. - Zipper Openings
A zipper closes the travel laundry pouch within luggage. The usable opening length determines how easily garments pass into and out of the pouch. - Carrying Handles
Handle length and spacing affect where the hand grips the filled bag. We develop the attachment with the bag body and intended load, using the sample to assess the combination. - Seams and Attachment Areas
Seams and attachment areas connect the bag body to its cords or handles. Any reinforcement is developed around the intended load and assessed with the finished sample.

A logo or service message can be screen-printed on a suitable fabric surface. Print colors, artwork size, and placement are developed for the bag's appearance both empty and filled. - Heat-Transfer Artwork
Heat transfer offers another option for detailed artwork on compatible fabrics. We assess the print's appearance and feel together with the intended cleaning method during sampling. - Embroidered Details
Embroidery adds a stitched brand mark to suitable fabrics. The design size and backing are considered with the panel and seam construction. - Brand, Care, and Identification Labels

Outer-carton quantities and markings follow the bag dimensions, materials, and order arrangement. Delivery requirements are included in the packing plan.
