From Approved Sample to Bulk Delivery

We produce bulk orders to your approved sample and specifications, from preparing materials to sewing, checking, and packing. Partner factories handle printing and embroidery. We arrange shipment to the agreed destination; production photos or videos are available by arrangement.

Your Bulk Order in 4 Steps

A short overview of how we move from confirmed requirements to shipment.

1. Confirm Production Details

We confirm the approved sample, written specifications and packing requirements with you.

2. Produce and Check

We prepare the materials, sew the pouches and check the work during production and before packing.

3. Prepare the Packaging

We pack the order using the agreed individual bags, inner packaging and cartons.

4. Arrange Shipment

We agree on the shipping method, destination and delivery arrangements with you.

How We Produce Your Custom Pouches

Here is how an approved pouch design moves through production, packing, and shipment.

1. Confirm the Sample and Specifications

We base bulk production on your approved sample and written specifications. Any requested changes should be confirmed in writing before the revised requirements are used, including their effect on price or timing.

  • Materials and color
The production specifications identify the fabric, lining, color, and other agreed material requirements.
  • Dimensions and construction
The approved design sets out the pouch size, shape, closure, and other applicable components.
  • Branding and packing
The agreed production requirements include the logo, labels, and packing details for the pouches.

2. Prepare Materials and Cut Pieces

We prepare fabric and components to the agreed specifications, inspect incoming materials and prepare patterns for cutting. The cut pieces are selected before sewing begins.

  • Material requirements
We review the agreed fabric and component specifications when preparing materials.
  • Pattern and cutting preparation
We prepare the pattern and cutting work for the confirmed pouch design.
  • Cut-piece selection
After cutting, we select the pieces before they move into the next production stage.

3. Sew and Assemble the Pouches

We sew and assemble the pouches in our factory. Bulk production usually takes 25–30 days, depending on specifications and scheduling; shipping time is additional.

  • Approved production reference
We use the approved sample and written specifications to guide sewing and assembly.
  • Printing and embroidery
When included in the design, printing and embroidery are handled by partner factories.
  • Production photos and videos
We can provide photos and recorded production videos, with the content and timing arranged for your order.

4. Check Materials, Work in Progress and Finished Bags

We use the approved sample and written specifications for checks at four stages. Any specific inspection methods, limits, or reporting needs should be agreed before production.

  • Raw material checks
We check incoming materials before they move into cutting and production.
  • Cut-piece selection
We review the cut pieces before they move on to sewing and assembly.
  • Semi-finished checks
We inspect the pouches during production before they are completed.
  • Finished-product checks
We check completed pouches against the agreed requirements before packing.

5. Pack the Order for Shipment

We can use individual bags, inner packaging, and cartons. The materials and combination are agreed for the order, along with any requested labels, inserts, and packing quantities.

  • Individual bags
Each pouch can be packed in its own bag when individual packing is required.
  • Inner packaging
Inner packaging can group pouches within the shipping carton when required by the packing plan.
  • Outer cartons
We agree on carton sizes and packing quantities for the shipment.

6. Arrange Shipping

We can arrange express courier, ocean, air, or rail shipping, subject to the destination and available services. We agree on the delivery endpoint, customs responsibilities, and any shipment document or tracking requirements with you for the chosen service.

  • Express courier
Suitable for smaller urgent shipments, with door-to-door parcel delivery where available. Transit time is confirmed for the destination and selected service.
  • Ocean freight
Often suitable for larger volumes when freight cost matters more than speed. Transit time is confirmed for the sailing route and agreed delivery point.
  • Air freight
Suitable for urgent freight when shorter transit can justify a higher cost. Transit time and any onward delivery are confirmed for the selected route.
  • Rail freight
Available on suitable rail routes, where it can offer a balance between ocean and air freight in time and cost. Transit time and onward delivery are confirmed by destination.
