Shoe Bags Built Around Your Footwear

  • Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces, with piece and set counting confirmed for your design.
  • Formats include individual shoe pouches, shared pair bags, zippered cases, and tall boot carriers.
  • Fabric colors, logos, and labels can be customized for retail presentation or travel use.
  • Cotton, cotton canvas, and polyester provide different starting points for the body and inner finish.
  • Ask about ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and GRS documentation within the relevant manufacturer, material and order scope.

From Shoe Measurements to Finished Bags

The shoes, their packing position, and the opening all need to work together. We make a sample so you can test the fit before production.

Fitting the Actual Footwear

Development can start with a description; photos or a reference bag are optional. We then agree on footwear dimensions and packing position before making the sample.

Cutting and Sewing

We cut, sew, assemble and pack the bags at our factory. We arrange printing and embroidery with partner workshops for the selected design.

The Complete Bag in Use

A sample shows how the shoes sit inside, how the opening works, and how the logo or paired presentation looks. It provides the basis for your approval before production.

Four Stages of Checks

We check raw materials, select cut pieces, inspect semifinished products and check finished bags. The approved sample and agreed specifications are the reference.

Access to the Factory

Photos, production videos, video tours and factory visits can be arranged. The timing and content are agreed according to your request.

Production and Shipment Coordination

We confirm production requirements and the packing plan with you, then coordinate shipment preparation. The production schedule and transport arrangements are confirmed separately.

Create a Shoe Bag for the Way You Pack

Individual pouches keep shoes in separate bags; a shared pair bag brings them together in one unit. Zippered cases and upright boot carriers offer shaped formats that we can adapt around the footwear and packing idea.

Fabrics for the Body and Interior

Flexible pouches and shaped cases call for different fabric structures. We develop the outer body and contact surface together, with material specifications and care requirements established for the sample.

  • Cotton for Flexible Pouches
Cotton can form a flexible body around a single shoe or a pair. Its weave and weight affect the way the pouch folds and feels.
  • Canvas for More Body
Firmer cotton canvas adds body to a shoe case. Its weight affects seam bulk, folding, and the finished logo.
  • Polyester for Travel Formats
Polyester can be used in zippered carriers or soft pouches, with weight and finish selected for the design. Water resistance and cleaning suitability depend on the specific fabric and construction.
  • Lining and Interior Finish
Seams, optional lining, and dividers may touch the shoe uppers, hardware, or soles. The sample helps assess contact with delicate leather or embellishments.

Dimensions Around the Actual Footwear

These suggested outer dimensions are design starting points, not maximum shoe dimensions; fit is established with a sample and inches are approximate. Flat sizes are empty W × total H, including the drawstring channel. Three-dimensional designs use the labeled axes and exclude carry handles.

  • One Shoe per Pouch
The proposed 25 × 42 cm (9.8 × 16.5 in) drawstring pouch is sized around an adult low-cut shoe's outsole length, widest point, and instep height. Two individual pouches can form a set.
  • One Pair in a Drawstring Bag
A 38 × 45 cm (15.0 × 17.7 in) cotton drawstring bag is a starting design for a low-cut pair. Both shoes' packing position and the space above them for gathering determine the final fit.
  • A Zippered Pair Case
This 35 × 23 × 14 cm (13.8 × 9.1 × 5.5 in) case uses outer L × W × H dimensions. Fit depends on the pair's actual packing position, the lining and any divider, and the room available through the zipper opening.
  • An Upright Tall Boot Carrier
The proposed upright carrier is 25 × 65 × 35 cm (9.8 × 25.6 × 13.8 in), measured W × H × D. Full shaft height, outsole length, the pair's width, and any boot trees determine the space needed inside.

Openings for Shoes and Tall Boots

We develop zipper length, drawstring layout, and handles for the way the shoes enter and sit inside the bag.

  • Single-Pull Drawstring
A single-pull drawstring closes from one side. Its cord length and channel must leave room above the shoe for gathering.
  • Double-Pull Drawstring
A double-pull layout places cord ends on both sides. The bag's flat width also wraps around the shoes' depth, so the sample shows the usable space and closed shape.
  • Zippered Case Opening
A top zip or wider opening changes how a pair enters a three-dimensional case. Zipper length, pull arrangement, and any handle are developed together for the intended packing orientation.
  • Long Opening for Tall Boots
A long zip or double-zip front opens along the boot shafts. The sample establishes whether the actual pair can be loaded without folding, with room for any divider.

Branding on Pouches and Cases

Seams, closures, and folds change the space available for branding. We plan the artwork around both the empty bag and its packed shape.

  • Logos on Drawstring Pouches
A screen-printed or heat-transfer logo can sit below the gathered top. The filled sample shows the visible panel and how folds affect the artwork.
  • Artwork on Zippered Cases
Side or top panels can carry print or embroidery on a suitable case design. Seams, zipper positions, and fabric support guide the placement shown for approval.
  • Matching Labels for a Pair
Matching woven or printed labels give two pouches a consistent look, with optional left/right or size text.
  • Product and Care Information
Printed labels or hangtags can carry agreed product and care information. Care wording depends on the selected materials and intended use; machine washability is not assumed for every shoe bag.

Packing Individual Bags and Paired Sets

We agree on individual or paired packing, quantities, and labeling before production to suit your receiving requirements.

  • Single-Pouch Units
A separately packed shoe pouch forms an individual receiving or selling unit. Any outer packing bag and identification follow the order requirements.
  • Two-Pouch Sets
Two individual pouches can be grouped as one retail set. Set contents and packing counts are agreed separately from the MOQ and quotation unit.
  • Folded or Formed Packing
Packing depends on how the lining, dividers, and handles fold. Flexible pouches can lie flat; cases and boot carriers need arrangements suited to their structure.
  • Inner Packs and Cartons
Inner packs and cartons group the agreed units for shipment. Counts and order labels distinguish single bags from paired sets during receiving.

Fabrics and Supporting Documents

The fabric specification describes what goes into the bag; the finished sample shows how it behaves around the footwear. Supporting documents relate to the specific material and order.

Raw Material Selection

Cotton, cotton canvas, and polyester are available for these designs. Fiber composition, fabric weight, inner finish, and trim form the agreed specification used for sampling.

Material Comparison

Flexible cotton folds around footwear, while a firmer canvas or polyester construction can give a case a more defined shape. The actual fabric's drape, surface feel, and care requirements matter more than the fiber name alone.

Certificates and Scope

Relevant topics include ISO 9001 quality-management, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 textile, and GRS recycled-material documentation. Its holder, covered material, and order scope determine whether a document supports the project.
