Sample Development for Your Pouch
We develop pouch samples from finished designs, reference photos, or early ideas, so you can assess the materials, construction, and fit before bulk production.
Two Ways to Try a Sample
An existing sample shows how a pouch is made. A custom sample lets you see how your chosen specifications work together.
Existing Product Sample
Free Sample
An existing sample is a pouch we have already made, showing the material, sewing, and construction of that particular product.
The sample itself is free; you pay the courier cost. We can help identify a suitable sample from those available.
Custom-Made Sample
US$10–35
We make your sample to the agreed material, dimensions, construction, and branding.
We confirm the specifications and sample quotation with you before making the sample. Shipping for a custom sample is quoted separately.
Sample fee credit. Custom sample fees can be credited toward a bulk order. The credit amount is specified in the order quotation.
Sample issues. Tell us if the sample does not match the agreed requirements. We review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution under the sample quotation and our terms.
Why Make a Sample First?
A physical sample lets you review the pouch before committing to the final bulk-production requirements.
Fabric and Workmanship
A physical sample makes the fabric texture, seams, finish, and construction easier to assess than photos alone.
Design and Fit
The dimensions, shape, colors, and logo come together in the sample, which can be tried with the intended contents.
Changes Before Production
The sample gives us a basis for discussing any details that need changing before the bulk order is produced.
A Reference for the Bulk Order
Your approved sample and the agreed written specifications give us the reference for bulk production.
Sampling gives you the chance to refine the design before bulk production.
From Your Idea to Your Sample
We work through the design, make the sample, and arrange delivery for your review.

Understanding Your Idea
We begin with the intended use and any references you already have. A description, photo, or sketch is enough to start discussing the pouch; details such as dimensions, fabric, and branding can be developed together.

02
Making the Custom Sample
We work through the material, size, construction, and branding with you, then confirm the sample quotation and specifications. Sample making is arranged after payment.

03
Delivery and Sample Feedback
We arrange shipping with you when the sample is ready, then discuss your feedback. Revisions outside the agreed scope require confirmation of cost and timing.
Making a custom sample usually takes 7–9 calendar days after sample payment; courier transit is additional. Special materials, revisions or testing may affect the schedule. We confirm the expected timing for your project with you.
We agree on the final sample and written specifications with you before arranging bulk production.
