Careful Material Use Starts Before Production

We match the fabric to the bag’s use, develop a sample and check materials before sewing. These steps aim to identify unsuitable choices early and avoid unnecessary rework.

Fabric, Samples and Early Checks

We assess the fabric for its intended use, then see how it works in a finished sample. Material checks take place before sewing.

  • Fabric Suited to the Bag
We consider what the bag will hold, how it should look and feel, and any handling or cleaning requirements. The final fabric choice depends on availability and sample approval.
  • A Physical Sample
The physical sample shows the fabric, size and construction. Once approved, it and the written specifications guide bulk production.
  • Early Material Checks
We check incoming materials and select cut pieces before sewing to identify issues early.
