Inside Our Pouch Factory

Sewing is at the center of our factory work in Xiping County, Henan. We also cut, assemble, inspect and pack the bags on site. Printing and embroidery are handled by partner factories.

The Work Behind Each Pouch

At Yiming Bag Co., Ltd., we turn the agreed drawings or reference sample into sewn bags, using the specified fabrics, accessories and construction details.

  • Sewn Pouches and Bags
    We manufacture fabric pouches and storage bags to the approved dimensions, fabric and construction.
  • Work Inside the Factory
    We prepare patterns, cut fabric, sew and assemble the bags, then check and pack them in our factory.
  • Printing and Embroidery
    Partner factories carry out printing and embroidery when the design calls for them, using the agreed artwork and product requirements.

Cut, Sew and Pack

The work starts with patterns and cut fabric. Sewing and assembly give the pouch its shape, followed by finished-product checks and packing.

Pattern Preparation and Cutting

We prepare patterns for the agreed pouch shape and dimensions, cut the fabric and select the pieces for sewing.

Sewing and Assembly

We sew the cut pieces into the pouch body and add the lining, pockets and closures specified in the approved design.

Finished-Pouch Checks and Packing

We check finished pouches against the approved sample and written specifications, then pack them to the agreed order requirements.

From Fabric to Packed Pouches

We follow the agreed design and production requirements through material preparation, sewing, inspection, and packing.

  1. Review Materials
    We review the fabric and accessory specifications and inspect the raw materials for the order.
  2. Cut and Select Pieces
    We prepare the patterns and cutting requirements, cut the fabric, and select the cut pieces for production.
  3. Decorate, Sew and Assemble
    Where the design includes printing or embroidery, partner factories handle that work. We sew and assemble the pouches in the factory and inspect semi-finished work.
  4. Check Finished Pouches
    We check the completed products against the approved sample and written specifications.
  5. Pack for the Order
    We pack the pouches to the agreed requirements and prepare the order for shipment.

Checks During Production

The approved sample and written specifications guide our checks, from incoming materials to finished pouches.

  • Raw Materials and Cut Pieces
    We inspect raw materials, then select cut pieces after cutting. These checks take place before the pieces move on to sewing and assembly.
  • Semi-Finished Work
    We inspect semi-finished pouches during production, using the agreed construction and approved sample as the reference.
  • Completed Pouches
    We check completed pouches against the approved sample and written specifications before packing.
